Wellness Pathways program at GLSS is dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of individuals in our communities. This program is committed to building a culture of wellness, where individuals are engaged, educated, and empowered to achieve total health.
Wellness Pathways offers a number of workshops that are proven to help adults of all ages living with ongoing health conditions and older adults who have concerns about falling or want to learn more about how nutrition and lifestyle can affect overall health and well-being. Join with others in a safe setting to socialize, learn, and give and receive support!
Workshops meet once a week for several hours for a period of 6-8 weeks and are held at a variety of convenient community locations. Our small, supportive classes for independent adults encourage new friendships with people who understand how you feel and will celebrate your successes.
